Golf Tournament 2011

The Annual Golf Tournament was directed by Scott Lavelle and Eric Amalfitano once again this year. It was held on October 7 at the Candlewood Valley Country Club in New Milford with 100 golfers participating.

Nearly $18,000.00 was raised to be donated to area schools for athletic equipment.

The low net winners were: Tom Mooney, Dave O'Leary, Rich O'Keefe, and RJ O'Keefe.

The low gross winners were: Art Haddad, Bob Hinkley, Fred Morlock, and Frank Russo

49th Annual Dinner (2012)

The 49th Annual Awards Dinner of the Old Timers of Danbury will be held on Thursday, September 27th, 2012 at the Amber Room in Danbury.

The Awards Committee will convene in June of 2012 to elect award winners for the 2012 Season.

The scholarship winners for 2011 have been announced. Each recipient will be given $1000.00 in scholarship money

2011 Annual Dinner

The Annual Dinner of the Danbury Old Timers was held on September 29, 2011 at the Amber Room. In Danbury, CT

Those honored with awards at the Dinner were: Ray Boa (sports), Wally Crooks (sports), Paul Dinto (civic), John Eriquez (sports), Alex Femenia (sports), Joy Kisling (sports), Gerry Nahley (sports), John Osborne (sports), Robert Schmeltz (sports), and Dave Dunleavy(sports).

The dinner was attended by approximately 450 people, and it was the 48th annual dinner for this organization, which was founded in 1964.
